Johnson’s Baby Packaging

Designed to keep millions of single-use bottles out of the waste stream each day, the Building Blocks concept was presented to Johnson's as a second-life reimagining of its baby product packaging system. Each bottle doubles as a classic stacking toy that encourages cognitive development, language acquisition, and fine motor skills.

The cube-shaped bottle features Johnson's signature droplet on the front label, a peel-and-reveal booklet on the back, and two additional panels that provide space for educational content, product information, or print-on-demand graphics for personalized gifts.

Engineered to stack efficiently for shipping, product bundling, and retail displays, the sustainable packaging system retains Johnson's recognizable color coding while introducing collectible bath sponges and a removable rubber suction cup. The suction cup attaches to either end of the bottle, providing added stability, easier access to the last drops of product, and increased child engagement during bath time.

Phase 2 introduces softer corner radii, a refined three-quarter bottle profile, and a simplified "J's" shorthand icon embossed on the pump.
